Statements like this as well as: exercise, burning calories, losing weight, building muscle, going to the gym, being outside, etc. can be pretty overwhelming to most people. These words can either make a person excited or anxious. Exercise for many people, starts out as a major change in life. But when it comes down to it, exercise is not something that needs to be forced into a person's life. I believe it should be a natural part of life! My GINARATION goal is to build communities of people that not only get excited about "working out" but also making exercise a part of their forever lifestyle!

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

I enjoy being active and I am usually always on the move. When I am not getting my fitness fix, I am very active in my church and the community. I enjoy spending time with my family, and inspirational blogging.

Running is also one of my favorite past-times. I love to challenge myself, I’ve ran and completed my first half-marathon with great record time – 2 hrs!  My ultimate goal is to train for and run a full marathon! My fitness history and background are as follows :

  • Certified Zumba Fitness Instructor

  • Cardio and Core Strength Training 

  • Instructor of various dance fitness formats

  • Marathon Training

  • Health & Wellness advocate and coach
